Upon entering the Crowne Plaza Hotel-Niagara Falls/Falls View, I was impressed by the lobby's charm. the cozy Starbucks and connection to Massimo's made it convenient. Maddie, the lady at the front desk, was exceptional. the location of the hotel was ideal, and I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. Situated in Clifton Hill, Niagara's vibrant tourist hub, the hotel offers an array of amenities and easy access to the Falls. Always refreshing to have a relaxing stay at such a well-equipped and centrally located hotel.
